青城山-都江堰世界文化遗产旅游可持续发展评价研究

| 中文摘要 | 遗产旅游作为一种新兴的旅游形式，受到国内外游客的青睐，日益成为旅游市场的宠儿，但由于遗产资源的特殊性，使得我国遗产旅游发展的难点停留在如何协调遗产保护和旅游开发之间的关系，如何实现“双赢”这一环节上。结合国内外学者对遗产旅游的研究，论文提出了解决这一问题的最佳途径——实现遗产旅游的可持续发展。以世界文化遗产旅游为研究对象，论文初步界定遗产旅游以及旅游可持续发展的定义；对研究区域青城山-都江堰世界文化遗产的基本概况做了大致的介绍，并分析其旅游发展的特征；结合遗产地旅游的发展过程，从人文、生态以及监测三大系统分析了遗产旅游发展的可持续性，最终构建了遗产旅游可持续性评价的指标体系。从1999年、2007年和2010年三个阶段出发，利用三维旅游可持续发展晴雨表和旅游可持续发展阿米虫图两种评价模型，分别从整体和单因子指标发展水平两个方面分析了遗产地旅游业可持续性的一个动态发展过程；根据评价结果提出相应的发展策略，为实现景区遗产旅游的可持续发展提供了理论指导和参考。 |
| 英文摘要 | As a new form of tourism, heritage tourism is courted attention by domestic and foreign tourists, and it has increasingly become the darling of the tourism market. But because of the special nature of heritage resources, the heritage tourism development stays on how to coordinate between heritage conservation and tourism development, how to achieve “win-win”. Follow the research of scholars, this paper proposes a best way to solve this problem – to achieve the sustainable development of heritage tourism. We preliminary define the heritage tourism and tourism sustainable and introduce the basic profile.Taking example for Mount Qingcheng and the Dujiangyan Irrigation system, we introduce the basic profile and its heritage value, then analysis the characteristics of its tourism development. We bulid a viable heritage tourism sustainability indicatoe system, and analysis its heritage tourism sustainability from the humanities, ecology and monitor systems. From 1999, 2007 and 2010, we analysis the system dynamicity in the overall and each index sustainability development level by 3D barometer of tourism sustainability (3D-BTS) and AMOEBA of tourism sustainability indicators (ATSI). Based on the assessment results, we improve the strategies for the problem in assessment result and provide reference and guidance for achieving sustainable development of heriage tourism. |
