震后堵溃泥石流的特征及防治对策研究——以四川省平武县唐房沟为例

中文摘要汶川地震直接诱发的大量崩塌、滑坡堵塞沟道,形成很多堵塞坝,这些堵塞坝溃决后极易形成堵溃泥石流,由于成灾快和规模大等特征,其造成的灾害损失比一般的暴雨泥石流要严重得多。以四川省平武县平通镇唐房沟为例,通过野外考察、现场测量、取样分析等方法,分析震后堵溃泥石流的形成过程、流量计算及防治对策。通过采用形态调查法和雨洪法对唐房沟的流量计算结果表明,采用配方法计算的流量结果明显小于采用形态调查法的结果,其主要原因是因为沟道内存在严重的堵塞,加之地震诱发的大量松散固体物质和震后激发泥石流临界降雨条件的降低,造成泥石流规模的增大。唐房沟目前防治现状存在新建的排导槽过流能力不够、基底已被破坏、弯道处未考虑超高,沟内未布置拦挡工程等问题。由于唐房沟内目前松散固体物质充足,在一定的降水条件下,仍会再次暴发泥石流,泥石流将会威胁到沟口平通镇1600余人的生命财产安全,同时也威胁到沟口灾后重建工作的顺利开展,针对这些问题,提出了修建拦挡工程、改造排导槽并结合预警预报措施的防治对策。
英文摘要A lot of collapses and landslides induced by the Wenchuan Earthquake have formed a lot of barrier dams.When these dams outburst,it tend to form dam-breaking debris flow.Taking the barrier lake of the Tangfang gully in the Pingtong town,Pingwu County,Sichuan province as an example,the characteristics and countermeasures of dam-breaking debris flow was investigated.The forming process,flow discharge calculation and countermeasures of dam-breaking debris flow after earthquake were analyzed by means of field investigation,field measurement and sampling analysis.The dam-breaking debris flow discharge were calculated by by means of morphology investigation method and flood method.The calculating results showed that the flow discharge calculated by the flood method was obviously smaller than that calculated by morphology investigation method.The main reason was that there is serious blockage in the gully,a lot of loose solid materials induced by the earthquake,as well as the decrease of critical rainfall conditions of inducing debris flow.As a result,debris flow scale increased after the earthquake.The status of debris flow prevention in Tangfang gully has a lot of problems,such as poor conveyance capacity,broken basement and no excess-height in bend of the drainage canal,no preventing projects in the watershed.Under the condition of rainfall,debris flows will occur again.According to these problems,the countermeasures of building check dam,heightening drainage canal,warning and forecasting were put forward.
