| 英文摘要 | The benefit of disaster mitigation is indirect and often carries out in a long tune. To give a Benefit-Cost Analysis is important for making disaster mitigation decision. Benefit-cost analysis of mitigation can be divided into two categories, one is macro analysis for state or province and such big area, the other is specific analysis for engineering projects. Methods quoted from economics theories are makeup and corresponding examples list. Finally the limits are discussed and some advices for applying are given. |
