| 英文摘要 | The great historical contributions of carved inscription at White Crane Ridge，Fuling，Chongqing to the hydrological information in Yangtze River，cross-strait agricultural forecasting，weather and climate records，cultural heritage of Sichuan and many other aspects for more than one thousand years were summarized in this paper． The current status of this national key cultural relic was also described． The stone fish inscription，as part of Chinese cultural heritage，will continue to play a significant and valuable role in the future． |
