中文摘要 | 统计分析了西南地区洪涝灾害面积、经济损失等。本区洪涝灾害成灾率高,损失大,活动在加强,损失的相对指标均明显高于全国平均水平。本区是我国洪涝灾害的严重危害区域之一,选择洪涝灾害活动强度、人类活动强度和经济活动强度为基础指标,建立洪涝灾害度计算模型,并按计算结果对洪涝灾害进行区划. |
英文摘要 | Based on the sta tistical a nal yses of the haza rd area and the economic losses in the South westChina(only consisting of Yunnan,Guizhou, Sichuan)and information-collected,the catastrophictime prediction mOdel and the calculatin8 medel of flood-waterlogging hazard degree were set up.The conclusions are as follows:1.The floed-waterlogging hazard is characterized by the high hazard-occurred rate,greateconomic losses and the gradually jncrcasing tendency of hazard activity. The indexes of losses are40-100%more than the average level in China,It is one of the serious flood- waterlogginghazard regions in China,which mainly shows the plenty of floods,especially the local mountainfloods and the minority of the regional fIOOds and waterlogging. 2.Flood-Waterlogging has obvious properties of seasonality,periedicity, regionality etc. inspatial and temporal distribution,and some relations with solar activity , Ei Nino phenomenon,pre-precipitation and so on.3. The flood-waterlogging hazard distribution has an obvious difference in the east and thewest of the Southwest China. The western part is a mild region and the eastern part is a heavyregion of flood-waterlogging hazard,and the Sichuan Basin is a centre of flood-waterloggingtegion in the Southwest China. |
