| 英文摘要 | Taking the hilly areas of central Sichuan Basin as an example．the main cause of the lagging of modernization level was analyzed．It was diSCUssed that tourism，the dominant industry of tertiary industry would become new productivity of speeding up modernization in hilly areas． Advantages of cultural tourism resources in the hilly areas of central Sichuan Basin were systematically analyzed and summarized，which were varied in types．prominence in topic and distribution agglomeration．And four strategies were presented including thematic development strategy， diversified development strategy ，accumulated development strategy and sustainable development strategy ． |
