对山地资源基本内涵重新认识基础上 ,讨论了与非山地资源相比较的结构和功能特点 ,其开发与山地环境演变的关系和现实开发中存在的问题 ,提出了山地资源开发的基本策略。

This article deals with the implications, characteristics and principal exploitative tactics of mountain resources. It has been proposed that the mountain resources is a resources system and has double concepts: elemental resource in mountain area and a whole mountain being a natural complex .Compared with non -mountain resources, mountain resources system has some special characteristics, and all these characteristics come from the attributes of mountains. Based on these characteristics of mountain resources and current problems exploited mountain resource, the general principle on exploiting mountain resource and key points for exploiting main elemental resource in mountain area was put forwarded.
