旅游已成为西部国民经济新的增长点，西部旅游资源的开发应立足资源优势，突出区域特色。充分利用相关的配置资源，疏通域外文明和生产要素以及域外购买力的流入渠道，走开放、有序、持续发展之路，提高旅游地的综合接待能力，促进西部旅游业的腾飞，为西部社会、经济的发展做出更大贡献。

Tourism has already been a new increasing aspect of Westem-China national econmy, so the exploitation of the resources there should be based on the resource advanlage, stress regional feture, make full use of matched resources conemed, dredge the in-coming ways for civilization abrod, production factors and purchasing powers, performing an open, gradual, and sustainable policy to improve the comprehensive accommodating capacity of tourist places, stimulate the take-off of tourism there.
