生态农业是替代传统农业的全新农业模式，它寓资源技术优化配置，种养加有机结合于一个完整的系统内，体现环境维护，地力提高，效益显著诸多优势，生态农业的发展在国际国内已初见成效，其理论建设也日臻完善，然而对于生态农业内涵实质的认识却不免缺陷，通过对生态农业的内涵实质的再认识，提出了生态农业产业化经营及建设尺度的基本观点，强调生态农业建设应当实现区域化，国家化，甚至国际化，同时以政策，立法为保障，进行产业和环境的整体建设。

Therefore, a recent rapid development lies both in models and in theoretical construction. But quite little has been done on its industrialized management. Accordingly, the author reconsidered the implication of eco - agriculture and defined its industrial construction dimension in order to advocate a massive and even an international cooperation in this promising field.
