德宏“7.5”特大滑坡泥石流灾害分析及其对策

| 英文摘要 | On July 5, 2004, a larg e-scale landslide-debris f low disaster took place in Deho ng , Yunnan pr ovince, China. The disaster is located in the area Southeast of Qinghai-T ibet Plateau, the most severe region of geolo gical hazar ds in China. Mo re than 90 percent villages and towns are af fected by the disaster in Dehong. 18 people w er e killed and 24 people w ere missing. T he total losses amount s to RMB 480 million. The disaster has fo ur featur es: ( 1) the o ccurrence o f disaster w as catenulate; ( 2) the occurr ence of disaster w as in a cluster; ( 3) T her e were many t runks and br anches of t rees mix ed with the debris flow s; ( 4) the occurrence o f debris f low s w as in low f requent . By analysing the characterist ic of the disaster and disaster ar ea, w e can see that abundant loose solid materials, big landform elevat ion differ ence and the intensity r ainfall process are the main reasons for the disaster . GIS and Landsat ET M+ ar e used to analyze the cause of disaster. T he main cause o f the occurrence is the especially heavy rainsto rm. But Dehong′s severe w eathered earth surface and fragmental ter rain are essent ial co nditions. Under tho se circumstances, disasters will be mo re and mor e act iv e in the near future. T o co pe w ith this situat ion, clo ser inv estig ation and r isk assessment for Dehong must be ex ecuted. What should be done in next step is put fo rw ard. |
