| 中文摘要 | 长江上游沿江产业带是一个资源富集，开发潜力巨大的区域，既是长江产业带的重要组成部分，也是西南地区经济发展的重心地带。区域经济的快速发展有赖于区域产业结构的有序演进。本文在分析长江上游沿江产业带产业结构演进背景－产业基础，经济基础，资源基础和宏观环境的基础上，根据国外产业结构演进手一般经验，对本区产业结构演进的历史进程和目前所处阶段进行了分析和判定。 |
| 英文摘要 | The industrial zone along the upper reaches of the Yangtze River is rich in resources, and has great exploitation potentialities．It is an important sector in the Yangtze River lndustria1 Zone,as well as a core area of economic development in the Southwestern China The evolution of the regional industrial structure in a planned way will accelerate the regional economic development．In this article，the author analyses the evolutionary backgrounds of the regional industrial structure，such as the industriaI base．economic basis，resources and the general experience of the industrial structure evolution in the industrialized countries-analyses the evoutionary history of the regional industrial structure．and identifies the evolutionary stage at the moment．probes into the future tendency，timetable of the regional industrial structure evolution．and the development of main industries Finally，the author puts forward some measures around the improvement of the transforming abilities of the regional industrial structure. |
