| 中文摘要 | 山地是泥石流与人类共存的环境。泥石流作用于山地环境, 强烈地影响人类经济活动; 人 类经济活动也作用于山地环境, 强烈地影响泥石流。 泥石流对山地环境的危害, 主要为破坏地表、破坏生态系统的淤堵江河; 泥石流对人类及其经济活动的危害, 主要为破坏城镇、村庄、工矿、交通、水利水电工程、农田和人类自身的安全。泥石泥危害的结果, 能导致山地坡面破碎化、沟口沙石化、河床宽浅化和植被逆向演替化, 以及耕地贫瘠化、经济发展滞后化和区域经济贫困化。人类经济活动对山地环境和泥石泥的影响, 在一定程度上决定了它们的演化方向。即人类经济活动若不按自然规律办事, 过度向山地索取, 必将导致山地环境退化和泥石流的广泛活动和频繁发生, 甚至引起泥石流活动范围的扩大和成灾规律的改变。人类为了自身的生存和发展, 必须正确认识山地环境和山地灾害( 如泥石流等) , 并采取积极对策防治灾害。山地环境、泥石流和人类经济活动之间, 关系密切、互相制约。其中主宰经济活动的人类是主体, 山地环境是载体, 泥石流是在主载体共同作用下产生的构成载体的一个有害因素, 因此人类是主动的。人类在经济活动中只要切实遵守自然法规, 并积极防治泥石流, 就能抑制泥石流的危害, 促进山地环境和人类经济活动的和谐发展。 |
| 英文摘要 | Mountain area is place where debris flow is coexisting with humankind. Debris flow acts on mountain environment and strongly affects economic activities while human economic activities act on environment as well and intensely affect debris flow. Debris flow does harm to mountain environment in destroying the earth`s surface, wrecking ecosystem and silting up rivers. Debris flow does harm to human and their economic activities in destroying cities, towns, villages, factories, mines, roads, irrig at ion and hydropower works, farmland and the safety of human-self. The consequences of debris flow damag e are the following : slope is broken, a great number of debris are brought to gully out lets, riverbeds are broadened and made shallow, vegetation conditions are deteriorated. Degbris flow endangers economic activities by making farmland impoverished and regional economy depressed. To a certain extent , evolution of mountain env ironment and debris flow are influenced by human economic ctivities. Economic act ivit ies should follow natural law and develop natural resources moderately in mountain area, otherwise such activities will degrade mountain environment, increase activity of debris flow and change the regularities of debris flow hazards. Mountain environment and hazards ( for example, debris flow, etc. ) must be understood correctly and countermeasure to cont rol hazards be taken properly for the existence and development of human race. Mountain environment , debris flow and human economic activities are closely related and interact ing. Humankind plays a leading role in the interact ions, hence it is init iative. Debris flow harm will be controlled and the coordinate development of economy and mountain environment will be possible so long as the economic activities abide by natural laws. |
