中文摘要从防灾减灾的角度,分析了山洪,滑坡和石流等山地灾害的特点,简要介绍了西南山区山地灾害的防治中常用的各类小型土木工程,给出了运用小型土木工程治理山地灾害的实例,并探讨了推广小型土木工程治理山地灾害需解决的问题。
英文摘要Occurrence and damages of mo untain hazards, such as torrent, landslides and debris flow , have close relation to human activit ies in mountain area. Most of mountain hazards widely dispersed over China are of small scale scattering over 31 provinical administ rative districts. The experience in Alps and southw est mountains of China shows that small scale hazards were cont rolled successfully by small scale civil engineerings, with their advantages of simple constr uction, a little budget and great effect iveness in controlling hazards. For these engineerings, local materials and cheap labour are usually available. In addition, they can be combined with bioengineering easily . In 1995—1997, smal l scale civil engineering swere used to cotrol small landslides, debris flow gullies and torrent gullies successfully in the southw estern mountains. The problems concerned in the application to all mountains in China are related to the support of the government , a good design handbook , train for young engineers and combination between the hazards control and economy development in mountain area.
