| 英文摘要 | This paper describes the procedures of designing and developing of Wuzhou urban flood control and disaster relief geographic information system and its technical features．Th e system is a multifunetional integration body includ． ing data process and analysis，result inquiring，damage assessment，floods submerged simulation，3D simulation，thematic map and reports exporting，also builds up the dynam ic link with flood simulation model and real—time data． Th e sys． tern cal1 provide the Wuzhou city with exact，rapid and visual information for flood control and disaster e￡80 as to make the flood prevention suitable for modem scientific management． |
