频繁的水旱灾害和严重的水污染是治理淮河的两大难题,入洪泽湖口以上的淮河干流区尤其突出。本文主要分析了近年来淮河干流区的水质情况。首先简要介绍了淮河流域的自然和水环境背景,然后分析了干流区水质的时空变化趋势及其原因。最后对淮河治理存在的问题进行了总结。从总体上看,淮河流域的水污染仍十分严重,防污治污工作任重而道远。

Frequent floods and droughts and serious water pollution are two major difficult problems of controlling the Huaihe River. It is especially more serious in the area of mainstream of the Huaihe River, which is at the upper reaches of the entry of the Hongze Lake. This article mainly analyzes water quality in the area of the mainstream of the Huaihe River in recenl years. At first, the nature and water environment background of the Huaihe River basin is briefly introduced, and then the temporal and spatial variation tendency and reasons of the water quality in the area are analyzed, finally the author summarizes the existing problems on managing the Huaihe River. On the whole, the pollution of Huaihe River is serious and the prevention and control is necessary.
