就冰冻圈问题针对国内相关领域专家进行了问卷设计,对调查问卷统计分析得出:(1)与气候变暖一样,冰冻圈变化对环境具有重要的影响,冰冻圈变化威胁人类生存,并且超过一定限度,人类很难适应;(2)政府应加强相关法律法规建设、加大科技投入;企业应推进清洁生产、节能减排,积极调整企业发展战略;社会媒体应加强宣传教育,提高公众认识;积极发挥非政府组织在冰冻圈领域的作用,提高公众参与程度。
