| 英文摘要 | Abstract：The soul'ce re西ons of Yangtze and Yellow Rivers gre extremely important parts of eryophere in China and have great effect on tunetion of conservation water and ecological security．Its population spatial distribution is not only related with the social economy factors also has the important relations with the ecological environment．This article based on permafrost environment，began with the population eoneentration．the results show that the ecological migration project，the construction of small cities and towns，nomadic settlement industry engineerilag and eonstnaction follow—up of the population have∞important impact Oil the population concentration． |
