| 英文摘要 | The border of Sichuan,Yunnan and Guizhou provinces has rich natural resources,significant strategic position and great potential to integrated development.According tostrategic thought of “dependance on resources,emphasis on main points of development,open door to the world,reward for investment,comprehensive optimization,and coordi-native development”,this region should focus economic development with time and spatialprocedure,i.e. ,structural procedure of resources utilization and industrial development,spatial procedure of overall industrial distribution,and time procedure of economic devel-opment steps,speed the construction pace of the state bases of energy and material pro-duction, and play a role in the centre and axis of economic development of SouthwesternChina and constitute an irnportant part of the industrial corridor along the Yangtze River. |
