| 中文摘要 | 对三峡库区内食管癌高低发区土壤中的微量元素含量进行了对比。结果显示，食管癌高发区的微量元素（Ｆｅ、Ｍｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ）有效态含量均大大低于低发区；揭示了土壤中微量元素缺乏与食管癌发病间的密切关系。 |
| 英文摘要 | Background/ Aims: The etiology of psoriasis is unknown. The aim of this study was to in vestigate the relation between activity of glutathione peroxidase ( GSH-Px ) and psorias is. Method: In psorias is patients and healthy subjects, GSH-Px activity of blood and skin were measured by using 5, 5'- dithio- bis 2- nitroben zoic acid method. Results: In psorias is patients GSH- Px activity of blood and skin were decreased than in healthys ubjects (P <0. 001, P<0. 05) . Conclusions: Our results in dicate that the decrease of GSH-Px activity may be one of the important factors which produce psorias is. |
