| 英文摘要 | The necessity to create a concept for generalized disaster is a pproached and its definition is given. The classification and general and specific characters of generalized disaster, disaster, man-made disaster and disaster chain and their roles in the development of things and mankind are discussed. The conceptive and mathematical models of structure, damage effect, direct loss and amplification effect of generalized disaster and disaster chain are developed. The guiding principles and strategy of disaster prevention and control are proposed. |
