That is, imbalance of the investment intensity and control scale, weakness of the engineering management and supervision, neglect of the bio engineering, etc. Lastly, ideas or suggestions are put forward on the management, supervision, legislation, bio engineering of comprehensive control engineerings of debris flow. |
