| 英文摘要 | The thesis presented the status quo of studies on Auricularia polytricha,which included the resourceful distribution and the shape characteristics, systematic development and classification progress. The medical and pharmaceutical value were introduced by depicting the anticoagulation and antihyperlipidemia action, antioxidative effect and cytoprotection action, anti-blood embolism formation etc. The determination of polysaccharide and nutritive composition were presented. The present research on cultivation technique with production of the liquid spawn was shown in this paper. The physiological feature of hyphae and C/N of culture medium for the mushroom growing were discussed. Finally, the essential key research involving in A.polytricha was put forward. |
