| 中文摘要 | 在抽样调查了西藏贡嘎县农牧户收入、支出及家庭基本情况的基础上,文章重点分析了2003年该地区农牧户收入与支出的来源、数量及结构,揭示了其构成特点及存在的主要问题,讨论了前期农牧户增收工作与今后发展建议。提出了该地区的农牧户增收途径、农业生产结构调整思路及农牧村剩余劳动力转移方向应首先适应青藏高原独特的高寒、干旱生态环境之观点。 |
| 英文摘要 | We investigated fanners’ earning, expenditure and general family information by spot check in Conga County in Tibet Autonomous Region in 2003. This paper analyses the sources, quantity and structure of farmers’ earning and expenditure. The characteristics and main obstacles of fanners’ earning and expenditure were presented in our study. We also discussed the tasks of increasing farmers’ incomes of prophase and future development in Conga County. The results show that those tasks, such as the approaches for increasing farmers’ earning, strategies of adjusting agricultural structure and transferences of surplus country labors, should adapt to the unique Qing-Tibet Plateau environment with characteristic of high and drought. |
