| 英文摘要 | 3S(remote sensing,global positioning system and geographical information system) techniques have become main technical means for investigating the sea area usage conditions due to their mighty survey capacity and information processing capacity.In this paper,the information retrieval and processing functions of 3S techniques and their applications to the investigation of sea area usage conditions are introduced by taking the investigation process of Hebei sea area usage conditions as an example. |
