| 中文摘要 | 我国是一个多山的国家,开发山地资源在四化建设中具有极其重大的战略意义。 山地是与平地相比较而言,是由一定绝对高度和相对高度组合的地域。把山地作为自然资源来看待,它既包括山麓以上的山体本身,也包括山体之间排水的谷地,既包括独立的山岳和山系,也包括群山丛聚的地区。山地是三度空间,在自然环境上以地形起伏急剧,垂直变化明显,生态结构复杂,内外营力活跃,侵蚀和重力作用强烈为特征。在经济利用上,不论连片的山区或单个的山体,因为地理位置、海拔高度、地形部位、坡向和坡度等因素的影响,由此引起气候、水文、土壤、植被、地表物质以及人文条件的不同,致使山地在不同程度上都表现出资源种类和结构的多样性,并且大多具有因地制宜性强和开发难度较大的特点。 |
| 英文摘要 | In China, mountainous region is two-third of the total area, with various types and abundant resources, and is of great value to exploit. According to estimation, the desolate hill or slope of about 1000 million mu may be afforested, the shrubbery and sparse woods of 680 million mu have exploited value. The cultivated area of mountainous region occupies two-fifty of total,and the grain yield is one-third, therefore farming is very important, too.We should take suit measures to local conditions for exploiting mountainous region. On the highest mountain,the natural mountain glassland is the major summer grazing land, thus forest should be emphatically protected. The middle mountain,with the vastest land and forest area,is the most important basis of cutting forest of our country, but the forest has been overcut and ecology was warening in many regions .So it is necessary to strengthen reforestation fo slash and afforestation in barren hill, to take the protection resources seriously,and to prevent from overcutting.The low mountain belongs to the region developing agriculture and forest equally, where it is important to develop artificial and economic forest, beside carry out farmland capital construction and raise the per unit yield.The hill is so, yet more important the economic forest, fruit trees, mulberry and tea trees are.It is of great latent power to develop cultivation than lower mountain.It is very important to strengthen the mountain research for exploiting mountain resources further. The main contents are.1. to improve the basic study of mountain science;2. to give more importance to orientation observation and test of mountain resource utilization;3. to strengthen mountain development and economic study;4. to enhance academic exchange and coordination of mountain science. |
