中文摘要本文就山地遥感与信息机理、遥感信息与专题制图进行了探讨,从而提出山地遥感信息系统的建立与应用的几点建议:1、我国山地环境信息系统应以山地资源、水能资源、自然灾害为重点;2、本系统要求具有多功能的效率,使信息可扩充;3、环境信息系统要与遥感信息、计算机制图相互兼容,才能发挥信息的综合功能。
英文摘要By environmental remote sensing, a view of-the whole earth may be getten from the outside of it and a wide field of vision has been opened for understanding nature and changing environment. The area of China is vast and the mountain area has two-third of it. Therefore, it, is urgent how to use the remote sensing in mountain research.1. To study the relationship between the mountain remote sensing and information mechanism, to analyze the interrelations of the energy changes,material migration and ecological equilibrium of the nature by remote sensing mapping, and to set up the interpreting marks of mountain.2. Remote sensing information is particularly favourable to the mountain cartography. Three-dimensional numerical value and the analysis of digital topography may be settled with it so that the mountain cartography can be quantified and standardized.Take aerial remote sensing of Ertan as an example,45 types of land-cover gained by infrared film have been up to a best precision through measuring areas. Besides, in remote sensing of Tengchong, the systematic and contractive remote sensing maps have been made.3. According to the features of mountain in China,the principles of information system of mountain remote sensing have been set up. The demands are. mountain resources, water energy resources and natural disasters are regarded as key points,moreover, the numkrical value of basis and stability may be continually renewed and has many functions. It is important to join the remote sensing information, computer cartography and data bank in order to serve the lacation observe and the quantilative study of mountain.
