仁寿县域城镇体系发展研究

| 中文摘要 | 本文在对仁寿县的自然、社会经济环境进行综合分析的基础上，对其城镇体系的发展现状和特点作了概括，分析了社会经济发展与城镇化水平的相互关系，预测了仁寿县城镇化进程，并对各城镇的发展建设条件作了综合评价，在此基础上，提出了未来仁寿县域城镇体系发展构想，就是要建立一个符合县情特点、经济、高效的资源节约型城镇体系。以此为例，说明了对县域城镇体系尤其是经济欠发达的农业县县域城镇体系的研究更应注重城镇体系"三个结构"构成的合理性；合理选择城镇群体在未来的生长点，以作为城镇体系的支撑，带动整个体系的发展；避免遍地开花的模式，走集约化、规模化的发展道路。全文共分六章。第一章，引言。阐述论文研究目的、意义、思路和方法。第二章，城镇体系研究综述。综合评述国内外有关城镇体系研究的理论与方法，并介绍了我国县域城镇体系研究的发展和现状。第三章，区域概况及县域城镇体系的现状特点，对城镇体系发展基础条件作了分析。第四章，社会经济发展与城镇体系，分析了社会经济发展与城镇化水平的关系并预测了城镇化水平。第五章，仁寿县各城镇发展建设条件评价，从微观层面上对仁寿县各城镇的发展作了综合评价。论文的最后部分即第六章，依据前几章的分析，在城镇体系发展的调控原则指导下，确定了城镇体系发展总体战略，并以此为总纲，选取县域城镇群体支点，提出未来城镇体系结构及动态变化。 |
| 英文摘要 | In this dissertation, based on the comprehensive analysis of the natural, social and economic environment, we study the present situation and characteristics of the urban-town system in Renshou county, analyze the correlation of the socio-economic development and urbanization level, predict the urbanization, and make the comprehensive evaluation for the development and construction conditions of the different cities and towns in Renshou County region. On this basis, we put forward development imagine of Renshou County regional urban-town system, that is, to establish an economic and high efficient resources-saving urban-town system, which conforms to the actual facts of the county. Taking this as a case, it is indicated that the research of county regional urban-town system, especially for under-developed agricultural county, should attach more importance to the reasonability of the three structure. It is necessary to choose reasonably the increasing points in urban agglomeration and taking them as fulcrums to promote the development of the whole system. At the same time, the development of the system should avoid of the pattern of "flourishing everywhere" and follow the way of concentration and large scale. The whole dissertation includes 6 chapters as following. Chapter 1 is an introduction. This chapter expounds the theme's purpose, significance, thought and method. Chapter 2 gives the summary of the existed urban-town system study. It synthetically comments the theories and methods of urban-town system study at home and abroad. Then it introduces the county regional urban-town system's present situation and development at home. Chapter 3 is about the general situation in Renshou county, the present situation, as well as characteristics of the county regional urban-town system. It analyzes the urban-town system's basic conditions. Chapter 4, the socio-economic development and urban-town system, analyzes the correlation between socio-economic development and urbanization level and predicts the urbanization. Chapter 5 evaluates every town's development and construction condition in the urban-town system in microscopic aspect. The last one, that is chapter 6, based on the former analysis, puts forward the urban-town system's development imagine, which being taken as the general programme. Lastly the fulcrums of the county regional urban group are obtained and the imagine of urban-town system structure are proposed. |
