英文摘要 | In recent years, ruinous debris flow disasters occurred frequently in Chinese mountain areas. How to prevent and control debris flows has become more and more important in the construction of mountain towns and the development on deposits of debris flows. Thus, it's very important to simulate impact loads of debris flows effectively and to investigate dynamic responses of buildings impact by debris flows. Such research is necessary to design disaster mitigation constructions. Three styles of domestic structures in mountain areas of western China have been chosen for study according to technologic and economic factors: reinforced framed structures, masonry structures, and reinforced masonry structures. Jiangjiagou valley in Yunnan province, China, has been chosen as the research region. Utilizing data obtained from fieldwork and surveys, we simulated impact forces of surging viscous debris flows. An impact data collecting system (IMHE IDCS) was designed and developed for our experiments. A series of destruction impact tests on the models of the three examined structures has been carried out. During each experiment, the nature of damage wits to each type of structure was documented, and dynamic displacement and natural frequency data were collected. According to failure criteria and experimental data, the impact resistance of the researched architecture was deduced. |
