| 英文摘要 | Mountain hazard is a genernal name of even subsistence and development unfavorably, occurs with the evolution of mountain natural environment, or is caused by man's unreasonable economic activities. Mountain hazards threaten and endanger town, village, railway, highwag, shipping, factory, mine, water conservancy, hydroelectricity, commurnication, agriculture and Man's lives and property. Mountain environment is sure to degenerate, mountain hazards will be more and more serious, and people's lives and property and economy construction in mountain areas are bound to be endangered seriously, of mountain resources are exploited excessively. Though it's threat and danger are great, mountain hazards may be prevented. Mountain hazards may be lightened so long as mountain resources are exploited reasonably without destroying natural environment, as and mountain hazards are preventes according to their law. Mountain environment is protected may caues that mountain hazards are lightened, light even no mountain hazards may promote economy developing with sufficient mountain resources, developed economy may makes mountain environment better. It's the coordinate growth of man and mountain environment. |
