英文摘要 | Landslides & debirs flows are widely dispersed over our country. It is estimated that there are over hundred thousands landslides and over eight thousand and five hundreds drbirs flows whose volume are over 1×104m3. The hazards of landslide & debris flow endanger two hundreds cities, thirty-six rail locd, a large number highway, channel, mine, water conservancy and hydropower project, and which cause over twenty hundred million Yuan loss every year and appreared the thend to increase year by year. 1. Main process and achievement We have long-standing history in studying, preventing and curing the landslide & debris flow, it can be divided into four stages. In past twenty years it developed very rapidly, the main process and dchievement are as follows. (1) The basic situation of the landslide & debirs flow over our country as the distribution, the classification, the feature and the current harmful situation, and clear; It has studied systematic basic theory, for example the forming, the occurring, the moving, observation test, the forecasting, prevention and so on, and five thousands articles & thirty treatises have been published. (2) It has been made breakthrough in studying landslide & debris flow occurring mechansim, set up sudden-change model of debris flow starting & landslide occurring mechanism. (3) It made obvious progress in observation, testing and forecating the landslide & debris flow. New techniques as satellie remote-sense, radio-tele metering and GPS come into use. The model test of the landslide & debris flow pentrates into imitating its occurring its occurring and motion mechanism from geometric phenomenon. The time of a landslide, such as Xintan landslide. Zhangyong county landslide and Jiming lemple landslide, was forecast successfully. (4)It has been made protruding progress in the study of prvent and cure the landslide & debirs flow, and designed unique function arch dam, "V" draining trough, squares beam pretressing force anchorage resiting slip system; It made progress in studying tree-fixed-soil mechanism and the test of resisting slip through high pressure grouting to the sliping zone. (5) Landslide & debirs flow news system and data base have been reaped initial scale, and large number of scientific research fruit have get reward from nation, province and country ministry. 2.The future research of the landslide & debris flow (1) It should enhance landslide & debirs flow basic theory research, prfect landslide subject and debirs flow subject, and center study on the staring, the occurring mechanism, motion mechanism model, short-term forecasting, critical alarm-bell parameter and analyses & catalating model of the landslide & debris flow. (2)It should enhance the study of landslide observation, test and center the study on GPS Observation and satellite follow monitor of the landslide & debris flow, enhance landslide & debris flow dynamics and kinematics model test. (3) It should enhance landslide & debris flow prevention and cure technology research, center the study on comprehensive harnessing regional landslide & debris flow hazards, economical continuing development decision, and the reliability & risk degrees of prevention and cure engineer. (4) It should enhance the study of the landslide & debris flow news system over country center the study on the administration,inquiry, share of new system. |
