| 中文摘要 | 随着信息、网络技术的快速发展,WORD软件已成为普遍使用的办公软件,特别是科研工作者使用WORD软件撰写论文并通过电子邮件投稿已相当普遍。这在很大程度上促进了非专业性排版软件WORD在科技期刊排版中的应用。为提高作者及期刊编排人员的工作效率,通过研究文本框与连续分隔符的配合使用,总结出文本框与连续分隔符的四种组合运用方法,使WORD排版过程简化,提高排版效率。 |
| 英文摘要 | With the rapid development of information and network technologies, the WORD software has been gen-erally used. Many researchers write paper by WORD software and contribute it by e-mail, which largely promotes the use of WORD software on typesetting of scientific and technical publications. In order to improve work efficiency, this paper studies the match use of the textbox and the continuous section break and summarizes four combination methods of the textbox and the continuous section break, which helps to simplify and accelerate the process of typesetting. |
