英文摘要Cerium oxide nanoparticles doped with La were sintered from fine powders obtained by co-precipitation/calcinations method. The samples were characterized by TG-DSC, XRD, FE-SEM, HR-TEM and XPS. The obtained CeO(2) doped with La consists of 2-8 nm nanoparticles. When the La doping content reached to 70%, the product still kept the cubic structure. The amount of oxygen vacancy increases with La doping.
