A new 0201-type Sr2CUO2+delta Cl2-y superconductor synthesized using "apical oxygen doping" method

| 中文摘要 | We have successfully synthesized a new 0201 -type superconductor Sr2CuO2+delta Cl2-y under high pressure using the "apical oxygen doping" mechanism, i.e., partially substituting the oxygen for chlorine at the "apical" site. The X-ray diffraction refinements as well as electron microcopy observations suggest that the new superconductor crystallizes into a K2NiF4 structure with tetragonal unit cell of a = 3.92 angstrom, c = 15.65 angstrom. Magnetic susceptibility as well as resistance measurement demonstrates the presence of a bulk superconductivity with transition temperature (T-c) at 30 K in Sr(2)CuO(2+delta)G(2-y) superconductor.
