中文摘要 | The ideal single-electron transistor has a folding I-V characteristic. Multi-threshold periodic transmitting function can be achieved by using a complementary single-electron transistor structure, which can be used to simplify the analog-to-digital (A/D) converter. A novel 3-bit A/D converter by using the complementary single-electron transistor structure has many advantages including a simple structure, high speed and low power. |
