中文摘要The Bethe potentials method which takes account of the effect of weak beams on the strong beams has been incorporated into dynamical RHEED calculations. It is shown that this method works in RHEED geometry and is particularly efficient for dealing with high order zero-order Laue zone beams, beams of higher-order Laue zones and evanescent beams which lie far away from the Laue circle and which are difficult to include in conventional dynamical RHEED calculations. Numerical examples are given for RHEED from an Ag(001) surface, and the results show that the method of Bethe potentials provides an efficient and accurate way of evaluation of RHEED intensities, speeding up computations many times.
