中文摘要 | Light doping of Mn in Ni54Fe19Ga27 plays a significant role in enhancing the magnetic exchange inter-action and the rigidity of crystal lattice, it also increases the Curie temperature and stabilizes B2 phase of the material. The oriented internal stress in the single crystals improves the reorientation of the variants due to the existence of Mn. This greatly increases the shape memory deformation and the magnetic field-controlled strain. The internal stress also has an obvious effect on the superelastic behaviors. |
