中文摘要A new layered compound with nominal composition Ti2Ba2Ca(Gd, Ce)(3)Cu2O7 has been synthesized and characterized. The cell parameters: a = 3.8839(7) Angstrom, c = 20.463(4) Angstrom, for the compound were determined by using X-ray and electron diffractions. By fitting the X-ray diffraction patterns, we derived that the structure of the compound is built up by alternate stacking of the rock-salt layer, perovskite layer, copper-oxygen planes and the double fluorite layers. The compound is structurally related to the Ruddlesden-Popper phase (Sr3Ti2O7) and the T* phase of the layered cuprate. Although the prepared samples showed low room-temperature resistances, we have not yet succeeded in making the samples superconducting.
