中文摘要The charge density wave (CDW) threshold fields of K(0.3)MoO(3) from similar to 90 K to similar to 20 mK have been investigated in detail by using dielectric measurements. The results do not support the so called ''second threshold field'' ascribed in many reports to an undamped motion of a rigid CDW. The process of how the low threshold field above similar to 30 K develops into the very high threshold field below similar to 20 K is clearly demonstrated. The dielectric method allowed us to determine the threshold field down to ultralow temperatures.
