中文摘要Using molecular dynamics simulations in a two-dimensional vortex lattice, we investigate the effects of pinning disorder on the vortex motion driven by a uniform current at finite temperatures, where both repulsive interactions among vortices and thermal fluctuations are taken into account. Unlike the usual random distribution of pinning sites, we introduce a nonoverlapping random distribution of the pinning traps. Furthermore, the intensity of pinning potentials is considered to be also random. It is shown that for small vortex density the intensity randomness of pinning potentials can enhance the pinning effect on vortices in the system. Stress is put on the discussion about the influence of the pinning inhomogeneity on depinning and dynamical hysteresis behavior. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
