中文摘要We report the low-temperature resistance under a magnetic field (mu(0) H = 0, 5 and 10 T) within the temperature range from 1.8 to 300 K and low temperature (T = 1.9 and 15 K) magneto-resistance (mu(0)H = 0-10 T) of heavy electron compounds CeCu6-xCdx (x = 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.30, 0.50). The experiments show that the T-max( corresponding to the maximal resistance) of all samples are not observed over 1.8 K under zero magnetic field. When a magnetic field is applied, the T-max increases with increasing magnetic field and doping content x. Meanwhile, the magneto- resistances are all negative at 1.9 K and the positive magneto- resistance of part of samples is observed at 15 K. This phenomenon can be explained by Kondo scattering and coherent scattering.
