| 中文摘要 | For a multilayer structure of ferromagnet (FM1)/antiferromagnet (AF)/ferromagnet (FM2) with FM2 strongly pinned by an extra AF, the study of FM2 magnetization history effects on the exchange bias behavior of FM1/AF after a one-step field cool show direct evidence that the bulk spin of the intermediate AF layer changes during individual FM magnetization switching. With the elimination of possible field cool history influence and systematic investigation on different samples, the possibility of manipulating exchange bias of the FM1/AF couple by modifying the AF spin configuration using the magnetizing process of the FM2 layer is demonstrated. Depth of the AF spins that can be affected during the ferromagnetic magnetization reversal is experimentally determined to be the same as the AF thickness when the exchange bias field reaches saturation. |
