中文摘要A p-n junction is fabricated by using the pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique for a p-type, YBa2Cu3O7-delta (YBCO) film on the n-type SrNb0.01Ti0.99O3 ( SNTO) single crystal substrate. The measured results reveal that the YBCO thin film is highly c-orientated structure and shows very good superconducting properties. The YBCO/SNTO p-n junction has good rectification property and stability under variation of temperature and magnetic-field.
