中文摘要The isotropic Fe - Pt nanocrystalline films with various iron - rich content have keen prepared by sputtering Fe/Pt multilayer and subsequent vacuum annealing at 500degreesC for 6 min. Results show that a single hard magnetic phase behaves on hysteresis loops, all films present obviously a remanence enhancement effect, and saturation polarization and remanence increase with increasing the Fe content, Study of magnetic force microscopy indicates that the magnetic domain size of the thermo - demagnetized Fe - Pt Films is about 175nm similar to 250nm, 7 similar to 10 times larger than the average grain sizes, included many grains.
