中文摘要The temperature dependences of the resistivity rho and the heat conductivity kappa of La0.7Ca0.3Mn1-xFexO3-delta (0T-mi which we assign mainly to a small oxygen deficit in the TTE-measured sample surface layer. Steps in kappa at T-mi, Deltakappa(mi), are assigned to polaronic effects. Deltakappa(mi) changes sign with increasing x, suggesting that Fe-Fe pairs in octahedral settings take over from the single Fe-sites (dilute limit) already at x=0.04. For x>0.06, structures in kappa(T) suggest that larger Fe-based clusters are introduced. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
