中文摘要The influence of preparation conditions on the lattice parameters and superconductivity, and the correlation among the lattice parameters, superconductivity and oxygen content were investigated. It was found that the larger the oxygen content in Fe0.5Cu0.5Ba2YCu2O7+delta the smaller the lattice parameters and the higher the superconducting transition temperature (T-c). It was proposed that the increased oxygen content is responsible for the superconductivity in Fe0.5Cu0.5Ba2YCu2O7+delta synthesized under high pressure of 6 GPa. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V.
