| 中文摘要 | A growth model is proposed for the interfacial evolution of imperfect Langmuir-Blodgett films. It indicates that the kinetic roughening arises from the incomplete membrane transfer. But the surface tension depresses the fluctuations, leading to a logarithmic interfacial correlation. The finite defect size and the finite film thickness result in a short-distance cutoff and a long-distance saturation, respectively. A correlation function is derived to explain the X-ray scattering data of the films, from which the mean size of the desorbed patches and the healing length of the growing membranes are estimated. |
