中文摘要The magnetization hysteresis loop and magnetic relaxation of YBa2Cu3O7-delta + x MgO samples with x = 0 and 0.1 were systematically measured over a wide range of temperature (10-80 K) and magnetic field (0-7 T). Through the analysis of the J(c)(B, T) behavior, it is found that the addition of nanometer-sized MgO particles will enhance the critical current density and the fishtail effect in the low- and intermediate-temperature regions, but will lower the critical current density in the high-temperature region. The effective pinning energy extracted form the magnetic relaxation data is found to increase with the MgO particle addition. A preliminary explanation to the observed experimental results is proposed.
