中文摘要Absorption spectra, light-induced absorption and dark decay rate of photorefractive gratings in three nominally pure BaTiO3 crystals are measured. The numerical solution of the charge-transport equations including shallow and deep traps shows that some crystal parameters determined by the annealing condition influence the photorefractive characteristics in BaTiO3 crystals significantly.
