中文摘要 | The in-plane optical conductivity of high-T-c cuprates in the superconducting (SC) and normal states is studied on the basis of the slave-boson mean-field approach to the 2D t-t'-J model and the antiferromagnetic spin fluctuation correction in the framework of the renormalized random-phase approximation. The mid-infrared contribution to the conductivity in the normal state and the peak/dip/hump feature of the spectra in the SC state are reproduced, and are shown to be caused by coupling to spin fluctuations, in particular by coupling to the resonance mode of the spin fluctuations. |
