中文摘要 | The demagnetization curves for nanocrystalline permanent magnets are calculated using micromagnetic finite-element method. The calculated results are compared with the experimental results on PrFeB ribbons. The dependence of coercivity on temperature has been discussed with the change of anisotropy and exchange coupling. The revision of coercivity form is discussed for the grain size in nanometer scale. Usually, remanence enhancement is mainly determined by the competition between anisotropy and exchange coupling. When dipolar interaction cannot be neglected in comparison with exchange coupling, the decrease of remanence is found. The dependence of hard magnetic properties on grain boundary character is analyzed, and the way to improve energy product is proposed. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved. |
